The team
The Deloitte Academy of Technology will be a leading branded educational institute that develops new-age digital skills, providing a comprehensive cross-business curriculum, a combination of solutions, dedicated faculty and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as a leading organization. . When fully operational, we expect the Deloitte Tech Academy to train tens of thousands of students annually in critical technology skills such as AI, cloud, cyber, custom development, and packaged technologies.
work you are going to do
As a manager, you will lead projects aligned with one or more DTA segments while fostering connections across the team. As we improve the DTA organization, work items include:
Ecosystem: Establish and implement a strategic vision for an L&D ecosystem for DTA, including 1) corporate learning providers 2) academic institutions 3) technology alliance partners (e.g. SAP, Oracle, AWS, Google, etc.)
DTA - Basic and Advanced Schools - Support development and innovation efforts for assigned DTA programs/content areas including Cloud, AI, Cyber, Launchpad program (a technical training for new campus employees in India) and support new and upcoming areas .
Governance: Supporting our strategic vision in a number of other areas, such as: 1) use of student assessments to measure learning needs and progress, 2) badges/certifications 3) overall measures of DTA success; 4) DTA Budget/Operations
Risk and Compliance: Ensure completion and compliance of various risk and compliance processes and internal management policies.
As a member of one of these Thread teams, you will work with a mixed US/USI team and demonstrate agility when it comes to connecting a diverse and cross-functional group of stakeholders. Reporting to the DTA Ecosystem Leader, your responsibilities may include:
+ Apply your knowledge of the provider landscape, adult education theory, best practices, tools and technologies for learning and development to advise and evaluate options for improving the learning strategy.
+ Lead a team of experts focusing on the areas described in the previous sections. Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes the contribution of team members, creating an environment of mutual support and shared responsibility. Support the design, development, testing, delivery and validation of innovative learning and skills development solutions that support the performance and technological growth of Deloitte professionals
+ L&D strategies defined and implemented in collaboration with DTA COE leadership and cross-functional leaders and talent stakeholders
+ Build trust and consult with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure we are meeting their needs and expectations and providing regular status updates/dashboards for assigned workspaces.
+ Create clear structure, organization and processes to enable a smooth and effective learning program experience
+ L&D strategies defined and implemented in collaboration with DTA COE leadership and cross-functional leaders and talent stakeholders
+ Lead project teams that may include development specialists, thematic resources, delivery managers, vendors and technical teams based in India for designated areas of responsibility.
+ Create and review the deliverables that support and drive the DTA strategy and organization
+ Demonstrate a consultative mindset to assess the current state, define future visions and define gaps
+ Contribute to remote teamwork to implement the DTA vision across all regions, with strong project management skills to oversee projects, finances, scope, issues, risks and schedules, delivering quality solutions that achieve business outcomes desired.
+ Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes the contribution of team members by creating an environment of mutual support and shared responsibility.
+ Stay actively curious about the latest trends in the tech education landscape (including actions by competitors related to their own tech academies) to anticipate business inquiries and oversee the development of development solutions to keep DTA at the forefront of efficient skills development it is efficient .
+ Lead, inspire and coach team members, foster growth and agility in individuals and teams through delegation, feedback, direction and encouragement, build on strengths and review and develop areas for improvement.
+ Use data throughout the solution development lifecycle to identify opportunities, make decisions, test ideas, design and improve solutions, and measure impact.
+ Provide functional experience to identify, explore and solve complex problems
qualifications, skills and experience
Necessary:
+ Degree; at least 8 years of relevant experience
+ Proven end-to-end experience in project/program management: project inception and initiation, planning, execution, implementation/monitoring and project closure
+ Proven consulting approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly with audiences at all levels of management, both verbally and in writing
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work threads, team members and stakeholders
+ Agile and flexible, able to turn quickly and respond to new, high-priority requirements
+ Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, including experience building relationships with clients and senior executives
+ Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify issues and develop compelling recommendations
+ Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a complex and fast-paced virtual multitasking environment
+ Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce 'Seal of Excellence' results.
+ Aggregate data in Excel, perform complex analyzes and display results visually
+ Translate data into insights in PowerPoint and tell a logically structured, concise, compelling story that resonates with your audience and provides clear, actionable recommendations
+ Create clear, concise messages in Word with an easy-to-use layout that encourages cognition
+ Must have the legal right to work in the United States without the need for employer support, now or later
rather:
+ Previous experience working in a learning and development role
+ Previous experience in consultancy or service
+ Degrees or certifications in adult education, organizational psychology or human resources
+ Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
+ Proven experience successfully leading a portfolio of projects including scoping, planning, budgeting and delivering multiple complex, concurrent workflows in a matrix organization
+ Experience with a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning solutions with measurable business results
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven trends and insights
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels with the ability to influence, collaborate and build consensus
+ Depending on the responsibility of the position, some travel may be required
The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to qualifications; experience and education; licenses and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed scope estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic difference associated with where the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is unusual for an individual to be hired at or near the highest level, as their job and compensation decisions will depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a voluntary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where an award, if any, is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
