What are you going to do?

The IT manager is responsible for the continuity and innovation of the IT infrastructure and the IT software platform.steam market.your duties are:

• driving thefrom different providers, from satellite networks to SAAS solutions;
• Ensure core critical processes are running at the required and secure service levels;
• Build lasting relationships with everyone involved(internal and external);
• Rexport directlyCFO;
• control range +/-20 providers (international), with several ships in the future;
• Microsoft and Fortinetare used in the kernelIntegrationComplain;
• Innovation of the IT ecosystem for HNL in line with our ambitions;
• You enjoy the combination of helping others grow while being an active member of the community. Equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable technical subject;
• 10+ yearsExperience with IT infrastructure and software integration;
• 3+ years experience in administrationOfferer;

• Proven ability to align people, processes and technology to create value;
• experience in the maritime sector;
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.;

What are you going to do?

As a member of the Passenger Services team, you are Holland Norway Lines' business card. On the departure days, you ensure that the passengers are picked up and checked in at Terminal Eemshaven. On non-cruise days we work from our office in Groningen. This is where you answer calls and emails from our passengers. Therefore he is willing to work both in Eemshaven and in Groningen. As a passenger service clerk, you work with precision and always have the interests of the passenger and the company in mind.

your profile

They are available from March 2023 from 30 (4 days) to 36 (5 days) hours per week. They speak the language of our passengers, Dutch and English. Speaking German is also an advantage. You also speak Norwegian, great! In addition, you have a flexible working attitude and like to work on weekends. Hospitality is very important to you and you have a friendly and open demeanor.
